Each find links directly to the product on the Kakobuy platform. The product page shows price in CNY, available sizes, and seller details.
Choose your size and color. Note that Chinese sizing runs 1–2 sizes smaller than Western sizing — check the seller's size chart. Add the item to your Kakobuy cart.
Complete payment in CNY. Kakobuy accepts credit/debit cards and other payment methods. The item will be purchased from the seller and shipped to the Kakobuy warehouse.
Once your item arrives at the Kakobuy warehouse (usually 3–7 days), request free quality check (QC) photos. Kakobuy staff will photograph the item so you can verify it before international shipping.
Select your preferred international shipping method. Kakobuy offers multiple lines at different price/speed tiers. Economy lines are cheapest; express lines are fastest. Use the shipping calculator to compare costs.
Pay the international shipping fee. You'll receive a tracking number once your parcel is dispatched. Most orders arrive within 7–20 days depending on your country and shipping line.
Never skip QC photos — they're free. If the item looks wrong, you can request a return or replacement before paying for international shipping. Once shipped internationally, returns are not possible.
Shipping multiple items in one parcel significantly reduces the per-item shipping cost. Buy several items and ship them together to save money.
Chinese sizing runs small. Always check the seller's size chart and measure yourself rather than relying on S/M/L labels. For shoes, Chinese sizes are typically 1–2 EU sizes smaller than labeled.
Economy shipping lines can be 50–70% cheaper than express lines. If you're not in a rush, economy shipping is the best value — especially for heavy items like shoes and jackets.
Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping line. Economy lines typically take 15–25 days; express lines take 7–12 days. China to US/EU is usually 10–20 days on standard lines.

Yes — before international shipping. If QC photos show a defective or wrong item, you can request a return to the seller. Once an item has been shipped internationally, returns are generally not possible.

Kakobuy stores items in their warehouse for a limited period (typically 90 days) before charging storage fees. Ship your items promptly after QC approval.
